Artiste Promotion
Reggae Music Fm promotes reggae, reggaeton, dancehall, soca and indigenous Latin music. Recording Artistes for these genres of music may apply to Reggaemusic fm for a licensing agreement that would see us selling audio and showcasing visual recording for these artiste. All music videos and music recordings will be displayed under an artiste’s catalogue. The catalogue will be made available on our website and mobile sites for free viewing. The artiste’s updated information whenever necessary. We monitor this system on the artistes behalf and deliver comprehensive reports and statistic. Artistes are also included on our mixtape cd magazine which is distributed in key European, USA, Japan and Caribbean markets.

Our online radio has a year to date audience of 14,500+ listeners.

In addition our online radio also streams to Blackberries, iPhones, HTC and other smart phones.
We actively disseminate press releases, tour information, bio on artiste, as well as store their videos, mp3s for free preview online.
We have established an relationship with Jarcatrecords.com whereby they sell mp3s online for artiste who subscribe to their service. We do note that they are of a high standard so failing a feasible agreement, we would then revert to selling the artiste mp3s on our website.
We have established 2 main programming, our Cuban Linx radio show, which is a weekly satirical review of the Jamaican and international society. Also, the Bobsboard top ten music countdown which is a weekly review of the top ten Reggae and Dancehall music.
Our charge are as follows (all charges are in Jamaican dollars)
we are cost effective, as we realise new artiste are budget sensitive.
$1500 per week for a review in our main news rotator
$500 per week for rotating banner (200 pixels wide)
$2500 per month for 100 spins per month on our radio
$1500 for one press release on each of our online platforms
$1000 per month to host your mp3s and videos for sale and free preview, (plus 10% of each sale).

By creating a mutually beneficial relation with the recording artiste, music publisher and songwriter we are able to sell each mp3 recording online at a competitive rate. A minimal commission applies and we ensure that all parties are paid according to the record label’s contract.
