Reggae Music Fm is extending a public offer for share investment in our entertainment portal in order to expand our services and ensure our viability. These expansions will allow us to implement advance administrative infrastructure, increase our presence globally in key markets, explore new avenues for revenue and launch more direct and online marketing initiatives. We will not be listed on any stock exchange but rather use the investments as working capital. We have several layers of investors that play a pivotal role in our operations inclusive of key decision making privileges. All shareholders recieve a pdf copy of the shareholders agreement that must be signed and mail to our company. The higher level shareholders also enjoy the benefits of lower shareholders.
